Sample Report

Every Standard Report follows the eight chapters below. Key conclusions from a real sample are shown (subject name withheld).

The eight chapters

  1. Company basics (registered entity, officers, address, status, annual reports)
  2. Business and products (service list, positioning)
  3. Pricing (price list, price history, promotions, market reference prices)
  4. Online presence and lead channels (website, social, reviews, ad traces, incl. X)
  5. Public contact channels (public sources only)
  6. Risk signals (licenses, lawsuits, tax liens, negative reviews)
  7. Overall assessment (3–5 actionable conclusions; for competitors, “what this means for us”)
  8. Source list + compliance statement

Excerpt: an errand service in Orlando

The client runs an errand service for overseas customers and wanted to understand a local competitor. From Chapter 7, “Overall assessment”:

  • The subject serves local families and seniors; overlap with the client's cross-border customers is low. Not a direct competitor.
  • Its “points + referral” retention scheme is simple and effective — worth borrowing.
  • Local independent providers charge about $20–21 per hour, a useful price reference.

Other chapters (registration, lead channels, etc.) list their sources in the full report.

This report is compiled and analyzed from public information for business reference only. It is not legal or investment advice.
